Come and join us for a weekend workshop developing well-being.

Do you want to feel relaxed and free of tension?
Join us to learn the skills to maintain a sense of well-being in everyday life.
The workshop will be run as a residential course but daily participants who live locally will be most welcome.

Barbara Lewis - registered medical herbalist
The weekend will include instruction in meditation techniques and mindful awareness strategies for daily life.
Barbara will lead a herb walk in the countryside and a session on the use of herbs.
The course will begin on Friday evening after registration and finish after lunch on Sunday.
Warm, weatherproof clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended for the walk.
Please bring a cushion and blanket for the meditation sessions.
We also suggest soft clothing that is comfortable to sit in.
